The prices Adrian has listed on her website are the rates that reflect the work she does. One of the driving principles in her heart is that EVERY single person deserves access to services such as these, regardless of their financial status. If you feel called to work with Adrian but are financially restricted, ask her about her friends & family rate (if you’re a student of Adrian’s through TCHE or MoveMentation, you automatically qualify!), or her sliding scale.

Working Together:
Adrian’s ideal clients are those that are ready to let go of the old patterns and ways of being that are holding them back, so they can step more fully into their clear potential. If you’ve ever had an energy medicine practitioner make you feel as though you’re a difficult person to work with, please feel welcome to reach out. If what you’re really wanting is a relaxing reiki session, Adrian is happy to refer you to one of the many amazing practitioners in her referral network.
She recognizes that healing is not linear, and that everyone’s journeys are unique. She strives to honor where each individual is on their journey, whether they’re taking her movement classes or participating in her energy medicine workings and other offerings.
Adrian will often teach clients of her energy medicine practice different qigong movements once they’re off the table and feeling well grounded. She finds that this allows the client to take a more active role in their own healing, and to keep stuck energy from reforming in old areas as patterns shift as healing happens.
Technology:
Adrian is terrible with technology. (And has very little desire to change this, to be honest…) Please forgive any lags in communication time, missed emails, etc. She does much better in person than online! And don’t hesitate to call, text, or email her again if she misses a message from you!

Weather Closing- If Frederick County Schools Closed, No Classes That Day or as specified on the "About" page of this web site.
Adrian appreciates that things happen, & will do her best to to be fair & work with you. However, her limited office availability and busy schedule has her needing to set and enforce certain policies. Cancellation of your appointments, without penalty, requires a 24 hour notice to Adrian, otherwise the below listed policies will be enforced:
Prepaid Theralight clients will be charged in full for their missed session; those that pay at the time of the session will need to pay for the missed session. Since Theralight sessions are only 30 minutes long, anyone 5 minutes late will have their session shortened by 5 minutes, anyone 10 minutes late will receive only half a session, and anyone 15 minutes late will have to reschedule.
Energy Medicine appointments missed and/or private/private group classes will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.
Anyone more than 15 minutes late for their Energy Medicine appointment or private/group lesson will need to reschedule.
Please note that especially for energy medicine appointments, session times do NOT equate table time. A 60 minute energy work session usually has about 45+ minutes of table time receiving, along with intake & debrief, although Adrian flows energy until it intuitively stops, so sessions often vary.
