World Tai Chi and Qigong Day is celebrated yearly on the last Saturday in April; this day unifies all tai chi & qigong players across the world. In each local time zone, practice begins at 10am - this wave builds as each time zone participates, creating a wave of measurable healing chi energy that wraps around the Earth. The event's motto is: One World, One Breath.
MoveMentation invites you to celebrate the day with them! This year, we are fully embracing the spirit of the day (and hoping for good weather!) as we gather outside at Willow Grove Farm next to the beautiful lake to dance and play tai chi and qigong together.
This celebration will be in alignment with the spirit of the day, and no donations will be accepted, aside from open-hearted participation.
